About The Position
Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its new location in Lakewood. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and enjoys building lasting client relationships. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and creating an experience that encourages repeat bookings. The new Lakewood studio offers therapists the chance to join a growing location, build a loyal clientele, and be part of an established, locally owned massage studio. Renew is a non-corporate studio founded by a female LMT, with a recently remodeled, modern, and spacious studio designed for therapists. It features electric lift tables, high-quality organic products, paid setup and turnover time, and a supportive work environment. Renew Massage Studio has been recognized as Denver's Best Massage Studio by Best of Mile High in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Requirements
- A valid Colorado massage therapy license.
- Valid massage therapy insurance.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and client-service skills.
- Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- A genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.
- Must be available for Friday shifts plus either Saturday or Sunday.

- Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
