About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its new Lakewood studio. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, dedicated to providing exceptional service, and skilled at building client relationships to encourage repeat bookings. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing, locally owned studio founded by a female LMT, with a workplace designed to support therapists. The studio is located in the Lakewood/Wheat Ridge area, featuring a recently remodeled, modern, and spacious facility with electric lift tables and high-quality organic products. Renew Massage Studio emphasizes environmentally responsible practices and provides paid setup and turnover time. The studio has been recognized as Denver's Best Massage Studio multiple times.

Requirements

A valid Colorado massage therapy license and insurance.
Reliability and professionalism.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
A genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional massage services to clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs.
Create an experience that encourages clients to return and rebook.
Build lasting relationships with clients.
Perform specialized services such as CBD Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Prepare for clients and reset between appointments during paid setup and turnover time.
