About The Position
Renew Massage Studio is seeking a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join their team in Denver. This role is ideal for an LMT passionate about massage, dedicated to providing exceptional service, and skilled in building lasting client relationships. The therapist will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and creating a positive experience that encourages repeat bookings. Renew Massage Studio is a locally owned, non-corporate studio founded by female LMTs, focused on therapeutic massage for long-term wellness and fostering a supportive environment for therapists.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado massage therapy license.
- Valid massage therapy insurance.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and client-service skills.
- Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- Genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday).
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage services to clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create an exceptional client experience to encourage rebooking and retention.
- Utilize varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong client base.
- Administer specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
- Manage client appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment room.
