About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its Denver location. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, dedicated to providing exceptional client service, and skilled in building client relationships to encourage repeat bookings. This role is within a locally owned, non-corporate studio founded by female LMTs, emphasizing therapeutic massage for long-term wellness and a supportive environment for therapists. The studio has been recognized as Denver's Best Massage Studio multiple times.

Requirements

• A valid Colorado massage therapy license.
• Valid massage therapy insurance.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• A genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.
• Saturday or Sunday availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable engaging with clients.
• Understanding client needs.
• Creating an experience that encourages clients to return and rebook.
• Working both weekend shifts for additional commission bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage services to clients.
• Understand client needs and create a positive experience to encourage rebooking.
• Engage with clients to build lasting relationships.
• Apply varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• Utilize specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
• Perform setup before the first client and turnover between appointments.
