Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
About The Position
The organization is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are a critical part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents. This is a W-2 employed position with part-time and full-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. The role offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, a flexible schedule, and optional weekend work. Offices include a newly designed Kirkland location and other locations throughout the area.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Contribute as a therapist on the clinician team.
