Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
About The Position
The company is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role serves adult and/or child and adolescent populations, providing individual and/or couples therapy. This is a W-2 employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Both full-time and part-time options are available. The position offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. The schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. Offices are available throughout the area, including a newly opened office in Renton, and are designed to support clinicians and make commuting easier.
Requirements
- Hold a full Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
