About The Position
The organization is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This W-2 employed role offers full-time and part-time options, a productivity-based compensation model, and hybrid flexibility with both in-person and remote work. Offices are located throughout the area, including a new office in Kirkland, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and optional weekends. Therapists are part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Contribute as a member of the clinician team.
