About The Position
The organization is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are a critical part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents. This is a W-2 employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Part-time and full-time options are available. The role offers a flexible schedule, with weekday hours Monday through Friday and optional weekends. Work is organized through a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Offices are located throughout the area, including a new office in Federal Way, and are described as thoughtfully designed to make commuting easier and support work-life balance.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Contribute as a critical member of the clinician team and provide patient care.
