About The Position

The organization is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents. The role is offered as a W2 employed position, with part-time and full-time options and a hybrid model combining in-person and remote work. Offices are located throughout the area, including a new office in Renton, and schedules are flexible. Weekends are optional.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
