About The Position
The organization is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington, including LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are a critical part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. This is a W-2 employed position with full-time and part-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $90,000–$115,000 and uncapped earning potential. The role offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, flexible scheduling, and weekday hours; weekends are optional. Offices include a new Federal Way location and other locations throughout the area.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Contribute as a therapist on the clinician team.
