About The Position

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager in Electrical for Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities in a regional area. The manager leads technicians and works to keep buildings operating efficiently and sustainably while supporting a safe, comfortable environment for associates and customers. The role requires approximately 50% or more travel within the region and maintaining mechanical contractor licenses in the state of employment. Compensation is listed at $90,000–$180,000, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for bonus incentives. Requirements

Maintain mechanical contractor licenses in the state of employment.
General facilities services or overall building maintenance experience; 3–5 years is described as optimal.
Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
Leadership skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills, including root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians.
Work with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
Prepare reporting and analytics.
Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and good standing with relevant authorities.
Participate in training to remain familiar with current regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
Obtain required permits and schedule inspections as mandated by applicable mechanical or building codes, when applicable.
Travel approximately 50% or more within the region.
