220 Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
About The Position
Confie and its family of companies are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to sell primarily nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales production goals, building customer relationships, and educating customers about products that fit their needs. It also involves accurately accounting for currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system. The position is on site. The stated hourly pay range is $15–$18, with a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to pursue career advancement.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet agreed-upon production goals.
- Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner, with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
- Build client relationships and educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
