About The Position
Confie and its family of companies are seeking a goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales production goals, building relationships with customers, and educating them about products that fit their needs. Compensation includes an hourly base of $15–$18, uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. The position is onsite.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambition and motivation to advance professionally.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license; preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet agreed-upon production goals.
- Accurately account for currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank promptly, with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
- Build and leverage client relationships, and educate and advise customers about products suited to their needs.
