Social Services/LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
About The Position
This is an onsite travel/contract Allied Health position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Oregon City, Oregon. The assignment is described as a six-month contract, with the job summary also referencing a 13-week assignment. The LCSW will float between all three ministries: PWF, PMH, and PNB. The expected patient ratio is 1:16. The role includes conducting acute behavioral health assessments for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department and providing care management discharge planning on medical/surgical floors. The schedule is rotating day and night shifts, with a pattern provided when possible. Alternating weekends are required. Oregon state licensure and an LCSW license are required.
Requirements
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license.
- Oregon state licensure.
- Ability to float between all three ministries (PWF, PMH, and PNB).
- Comfort conducting acute behavioral health assessments for all ages in the Emergency Department.
- Care management experience.
- Discharge planning experience on medical/surgical floors.

- Preferred experience in Emergency Department behavioral health assessments.
- Preferred combination of care management experience and comfort with acute behavioral health assessments.
