About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Social Services position in Glendale, California. The role is described as a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires submission of a current resume and two current clinical references, current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications, and specified health screenings and immunization records. Requirements

• Current state licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent experience.
• Current resume.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening.
