About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Social Services position in Portland, Oregon. The position is a 2x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the listed documentation, certification, health-screening, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
