About The Position
Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Social Services position in Omaha, Nebraska. The position is for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, health documentation, and clinical references, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
