About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The role serves patients across the lifespan and supports access to care through commercial health plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Clinicians work remotely from home and need a private workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with shift options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. CT. Bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation, and the position includes a base salary of $69,000–$76,000, with total annual earning potential of up to $100,000 for top earners through bonuses.

Requirements

Master’s-level degree and licensure.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
Ability to develop treatment plans.
Comfort using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.
Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates, including Spanish speakers.
