About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time licensed therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare, and serves patients across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from their own homes. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a choice of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Base salary is $69,000–$76,000, with total annual earning potential of $100,000 for top earners through bonuses. Additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers. Candidates need a master's-level degree and licensure, unrestricted U.S. work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship, and a private home workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. The role involves using telehealth and other communication technologies throughout the day, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

Requirements

Master's-level degree and licensure.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
Ability to use comprehensive assessments.
