About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care and serves patients across the lifespan, including through Medicaid and Medicare. The role is fully remote, with work performed from the employee’s home in a private space appropriate for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. The position is W-2 and offers a base salary of $80,000–$89,000, with bonuses that may bring total annual earnings to $100,000 for top earners. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Bilingual Spanish candidates may receive additional compensation.

Requirements

Master’s-level degree and licensure.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported.
A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
Ability to develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments.
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
Comfort using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Spanish; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities
