About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time licensed therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The role provides mental health care to patients across the lifespan, including patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Team members work remotely from home and collaborate with clients to help them achieve treatment goals. The position requires a private home workspace suitable for protecting patient safety and HIPAA privacy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shift options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Base salary is $69,000–$76,000, with bonuses that can bring total annual earnings to $100,000 for top earners. Additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates, including Spanish speakers.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa authorization cannot be supported.
• A private home workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA privacy.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
