About The Position
Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate mental health care, including care for Medicaid and Medicare patients, and serves patients across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from their own homes and collaborate with clients to support their treatment goals.
Requirements
- Master's-level degree and licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to use comprehensive assessments.
- Comfort with technology throughout the workday, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates who speak Spanish.
- Proficiency in other languages.
