About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care, including services for patients covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Clinicians serve patients across the lifespan and work remotely from home. The role includes weekday schedule options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern, with no weekend work. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$89,000, with bonuses that can bring total annual earnings to $100,000 for top earners. Additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers.

Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Treatment-planning skills.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to use comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
