Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / LICSW )
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The role may be full-time or part-time and offers a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office. The position is available across multiple locations in Massachusetts. Providers focus on clinical work while the practice supplies well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services.
- Conduct clinical work with patients.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide supervision, as applicable to LCSW/LICSW providers.
