About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The role is available full-time or part-time and may follow a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office. The position offers weekday outpatient work and complete schedule autonomy. Providers must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Annual compensation potential is $75,000–$100,000, based on productivity.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide supervision for LCSW/LICSW providers.
