Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / LICSW)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed behavioral health providers to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The role is available full-time or part-time, with weekday outpatient care and a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office. Providers must hold an eligible Massachusetts license. The company provides offices, an electronic medical record system, peer consultation groups, continuing education, and support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection so clinicians can focus on clinical work. Compensation is based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
- Provide telehealth services as part of a hybrid schedule, where applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide supervision, as applicable.
- Perform clinical and administrative functions necessary to maintain a successful practice.
