About The Position

At Gallagher Bassett, the Liability Claims Supervisor helps clients navigate complexity, supports recovery, and delivers outcomes that make a difference. This role supervises a liability claims team handling caseloads of varying sizes and complexities, promoting high-quality, efficient service and adherence to GB’s Best Practices. The position is eligible for fully remote work and is open to any jurisdiction. The supervisor leads adjuster hiring and training, establishes team goals, motivates performance, manages workloads, and uses Gallagher technology to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also communicates proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers, manages competing priorities, identifies coaching opportunities, and supports team members’ development.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience.
Two to three or more years of prior leadership experience in a supervisory role.
General Liability claims background.
Appropriate licenses and/or certifications in all states in which claims are handled.
Knowledge of all team-member-related functions.
