About The Position

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a full-time Lexus Delivery Specialist to support the Sales Department in delivering customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited to a proactive, detail-oriented person interested in building a career in the automotive industry. The position pays $17–$18 per hour, with weekly pay. The dealership is closed every Sunday and on major holidays.

The specialist helps prepare vehicles and support sales activities, communicates with customers, assists with social media and website content, and learns Lexus vehicle features and technology to help educate customers. The role also includes completing Lexus training and certifications and supporting sales managers with additional tasks and projects.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test. Applicants must have a valid driver's license for at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support the Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and preparing them for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Learn Lexus vehicle features and technology to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content, including feature guides and technology explanations.
• Assist Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
