About The Position

Meade Lexus of Lakeside, part of MAP Automotive, is hiring a Delivery/Technology Specialist to help customers understand and use their Lexus vehicles. The role demonstrates vehicle features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls; presents Lexus products clearly; troubleshoots vehicle technology features; and assists with personalized vehicle deliveries. The specialist also maintains technology information and resources and records customer deliveries. Other related responsibilities may be assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls.
• Present Lexus products effectively to ensure customer understanding.
• Resolve customer inquiries about vehicle technology issues.
• Troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
• Maintain and use technology information and resources to assist with explanations.
• Assist customers with vehicle deliveries and personalize deliveries to their needs.
• Maintain a log of all customer deliveries.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
