LEXUS DELIVERY SPECIALIST - LEXUS OF COOL SPRINGS
About The Position
Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Lexus Delivery Specialist to support its Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This hands-on, collaborative role is suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in launching or growing a career in the automotive industry. The position pays $17–$18 per hour, with weekly pay. It is full-time and is closed every Sunday and major holidays. The specialist supports vehicle inventory and preparation, assists the Sales Team with daily tasks and deliveries, and helps customers understand Lexus vehicle features and technology. The role also includes social media and website support, professional communication with customers, assistance with Sales Manager tasks and projects, and completing Lexus training and certification. The successful candidate upholds company standards and safety policies and takes initiative to support the team as needed. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test. Applicants must have a valid driver's license for at least three years.

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
- Support the Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and preparing them for delivery.
- Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Learn Lexus vehicle features and technology to support customer education.
- Help maintain and improve Lexus website content, such as feature guides and technology explanations.
- Assist Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
- Stay current on Lexus training and certification.
- Follow company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
- Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
