About The Position

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a full-time Automotive Valet to provide a welcoming, seamless experience for dealership guests. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, safely moving and caring for vehicles, maintaining the service drive and lot, and supporting the service team. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. The dealership describes opportunities for training, support, and career growth. The schedule is full-time, with the dealership closed every Sunday and major holidays. Pay is $17–$18 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

At least 19 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Able to safely drive and park vehicles, including in tight spaces.
Professional, dependable, and courteous demeanor.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
High energy and a go-the-extra-mile attitude.
Able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or area.
Move customer vehicles safely and efficiently to and from service areas.
Install protective materials, including seat covers, mats, and steering wheel covers, before service.
Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and ensure vehicles are returned spotless.
Lightly vacuum vehicle interiors and run vehicles through the automatic car wash.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and service drive area.
Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested.
Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards.
Follow safety and security protocols at all times.
