AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSISTANT - LEXUS OF COOL SPRINGS
About The Position
Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant to support its Sales Department in delivering customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This hands-on, collaborative role is suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in starting or developing a career in the automotive industry. The position pays $17–$18 per hour, with weekly pay, and the dealership is closed every Sunday and major holidays. The Sales Assistant helps with inventory and vehicle preparation, supports the sales team and sales managers, communicates with customers, contributes to social media and website content, and learns Lexus vehicle features and technology to help educate customers. The role also includes completing Lexus training and certification and following company standards, safety policies, and procedures. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test. A valid driver's license held for at least three years is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
- Support the Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and preparing them for delivery.
- Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Learn Lexus vehicle features and technology to support customer education.
- Help maintain and improve Lexus website content, such as feature guides and technology explanations.
- Assist Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
- Stay current on Lexus training and certification.
- Follow company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
- Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
