About The Position

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a part-time Receptionist for its Sales Department, primarily working Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The role welcomes visitors, directs them to the appropriate department or team member, handles incoming calls and messages, and provides courteous customer service. It also includes maintaining an inviting coffee bar, offering light refreshments, performing light administrative and dealership-support tasks, and following receptionist processes while maintaining a polished front desk presence. Additional weekday hours may be available for those who want them. Pay is $15–$16 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems.
• At least 19 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, and a drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

• Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus.
