About The Position

Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is hiring a Level 1 HVAC Technician to join our growing HVAC team. This is a full-time position designed for a technician who has a foundation in HVAC and wants the opportunity to continue developing their skills. The primary responsibilities will be performing HVAC maintenance visits and assisting with equipment installations, with opportunities to take on additional service, repair, and sales work as your skills grow. We don't expect a Level 1 technician to walk in knowing everything. We're looking for someone who already has a basic HVAC foundation, takes their work seriously, and wants to become a well-rounded HVAC service technician. You'll start primarily with maintenance visits and installation assistance. As you demonstrate your ability to diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and complete work independently, you'll have opportunities to take on more service calls, repairs, sales opportunities, and responsibility. The goal isn't to keep you at Level 1. It's to give you a path to become a stronger and more valuable HVAC technician.
