About The Position
Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise serving communities across western and eastern Oklahoma, is hiring a Level 1 Assistant Manager. The assistant manager oversees daily store operations, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely deliveries. The role also manages food inventory and labor within budget, trains and develops team members, maintains store cleanliness and safety, resolves customer concerns, and supports a positive, fast-paced workplace. New hires participate in a training program lasting up to 16 weeks. During training, pay is $14 per hour. Upon completion, placement is at Level 1, starting at $14 per hour, or Level 2, starting at $15 per hour, depending on training performance and readiness.
Requirements

- Leadership experience, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
