About The Position

The Level 1 Assistant Manager helps lead and inspire a team and supports daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume store. The role focuses on training, coaching, and developing team members, delivering excellent customer experiences, and learning how to run a successful business. The company offers opportunities to grow into General Manager roles. Managers must follow safety, security, and food safety standards and ensure their team does the same. Starting pay is $14–$16 per hour, with flexible scheduling and up to 45 hours per week.
