About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders by car to customers’ doors and are also responsible for customer service and promoting the business by distributing flyers or door hangers. Drivers work within a designated delivery area and may make several deliveries per shift. The role also involves navigating to delivery addresses, traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and carrying pizzas and beverages, including on stairs and through multi-story buildings.

The position includes regular in-store tasks such as pizza assembly, stocking ingredients, cleaning, answering phones, and handling food-preparation tools. Physical tasks include repeated bending, occasional crouching or squatting, continuous reaching and hand use, and forceful use of the forearms and wrists. Drivers may work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions and need far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with at least two years of driving record, or 19 years or older with at least one year of driving record.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Provide proof of insurance in the applicant’s name or proof of coverage under another person’s plan, such as a declaration page.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
• Have the far and night vision needed for driving.
• Be able to perform the described physical tasks, including carrying products, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
