Requirements
- Extensive law firm experience handling commercial real estate closings.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and deal structures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Professional judgment with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- JD preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of legal operations with a focus on commercial real estate closings.
- Collaborate with internal and external counsel, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of deals.
- Draft, review, and organize closing documents, agreements, and related contracts.
- Oversee compliance and risk management matters related to real estate and corporate transactions.
- Support leadership with legal strategy, process improvement, and best practices.
- Liaise across departments to align legal functions with business objectives.
