About The Position

Revive is growing quickly, and our legal, corporate, real estate, and compliance work needs disciplined execution. As the company expands across multiple entities, contracts, transactions, vendors, contractors, and customer programs, we need someone who can keep legal operations organized, accurate, and moving. This role exists to support Revive’s legal infrastructure. You will help maintain entity records, organize contracts, coordinate signatures, track deadlines, support disputes, prepare documentation, and keep legal workflows clean. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and interested in helping build the legal backbone of a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive, reliable, and strong in follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and document-heavy workflows
  • Clear and professional in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with contracts, legal documents, corporate records, and compliance checklists
  • Process-minded and motivated by creating order and reducing risk
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to escalate
  • 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contract administration, corporate operations, or compliance experience
  • Experience maintaining legal records, contracts, or corporate documents
  • Strong organizational, writing, proofreading, and document management skills
  • Experience with e-signature tools, file management systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with business entities, contracts, real estate documents, or litigation support preferred
  • Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support legal, compliance, and corporate operations across Revive and related entities
  • Maintain organized legal files, contract repositories, entity records, corporate documents, and execution copies
  • Assist with contract preparation, formatting, routing, signature coordination, and version control
  • Track legal deadlines, renewal dates, filing requirements, notice periods, and compliance items
  • Support entity formation, annual filings, business licenses, registered agent records, and corporate governance documentation
  • Assist with preparation of board consents, resolutions, officer certificates, entity approvals, and internal legal records
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, vendors, agencies, escrow teams, contractors, and internal departments
  • Support dispute and claim management by organizing documents, timelines, communications, evidence, and matter files
  • Help maintain templates, legal playbooks, checklists, and internal process documentation
  • Review documents for completeness, consistency, missing signatures, dates, exhibits, and required attachments
  • Support employment documentation, offer letters, policy acknowledgments, compensation plan routing, and HR legal records
  • Help improve legal workflows, documentation standards, and internal tracking systems
  • Escalate legal, compliance, or documentation issues to leadership or counsel when appropriate
