About The Position

Waste Solution Services (WSS) helps multifamily and commercial property management companies reduce and stabilize waste expenses by advocating for clients in their relationships with waste haulers. The company manages vendor relationships, audits invoices, optimizes contracts, and resolves service issues. As WSS grows, it is expanding its operations, infrastructure, and internal capabilities. The Legal Operations Manager will serve as the primary internal point of contact for legal matters across the organization, working directly with the CEO and department leadership. This hands-on role owns day-to-day legal needs while building the processes, templates, workflows, and systems required to support a growing business. The manager will operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and determine which matters can be handled internally and which require outside counsel. The role is responsible for establishing and continuously improving WSS's legal operations, including standardized procedures, contract templates, workflows, and accountability for legal matters across the business. The goal is to create a centralized legal function that enables leadership to focus on the business while ensuring legal matters are handled efficiently, proactively, and appropriately. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 annually. The position is full-time and in-office in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
