Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with intake tasks
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Legal background is a must
  • Spanish and English proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming calls and web submissions to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Request and follow up on client reviews, alerting the marketing team of new feedback
  • Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking contacts
  • Transition new matters to the legal team once intake is complete
  • Guide potential new clients through the intake process, including drafting representation agreements and verifying payments
  • Support the firm administrator and legal team with intake-related tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
