About The Position

Job Duck is seeking a highly organized, people-centered Client Intake & Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to ensuring every individual who reaches out feels heard, supported, and aligned with the company's mission from the very first interaction. As the hub of the intake and onboarding process, this position will help guide potential clients from initial inquiry to becoming active clients by providing clear communication, thorough follow-through, and excellent service. Responsibilities

  • Send legal agreements to prospective clients who are ready to hire.
  • Contact prospective clients and schedule their initial consultations.
  • Conduct intake screenings with all new leads.
  • Conduct client check-in calls to support engagement and foster strong client relationships.
  • Serve as the first line of communication for incoming calls and ensure every interaction reflects the company’s mission and values.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all communication from potential clients (phone, email, text, etc.).
  • Prepare new client intake folders and consultation gifts.
  • Manage, complete, and update tasks within the CRM to maintain seamless operations.
  • Enter all gathered intake information into the firm’s CRM with accuracy and completeness.
