This role is essential in ensuring a smooth client experience from first contact through follow-up, while also supporting internal operations and systems. Responsibilities

  • Send contracts to clients through MyCase and track completion
  • Send reminders and confirmations to clients
  • Build, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure all documents are properly stored and organized
  • Draft and prepare contracts and related documents
  • Organize and maintain the client database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Manage shared inboxes, prioritize messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule consultations and appointments efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients via email and phone
  • Perform consistent follow-ups (FUPs) to maintain engagement and move clients through the process
