Legal Compliance Specialist (Ensign Peak Advisors)
About The Position
The Legal Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all firm operations and activities comply with applicable law and related best practices. This person will work with investment professionals and technology specialists to ensure that all firm contracts and operations comply with relevant law and internal controls. The position requires advanced knowledge of various investment structures, legal negotiations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex compliance and operational initiatives. Ensign Peak Advisors is an affiliated organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In support of the Church’s global mission, Ensign Peak Advisors manages the financial reserves of the Church and provides cash management services to fund Church operations.
