About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to work at the Allora and Capriana conventional apartment communities in Gretna, Nebraska. The role splits time between Allora Apartments, which has 180 units, and Capriana Apartments, which has 149 units. Compensation is up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Leasing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provides exceptional customer service to existing residents. The position calls for someone who is sales-driven, outgoing, competitive, creative, and able to multitask.
