About The Position

Seldin Company is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the Allora and Capriana apartment communities in Gretna, Nebraska. The technician will split time between Allora Apartments, a conventional property with 180 units, and Capriana Apartments, a conventional property with 149 units. Compensation is up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Apartment Maintenance Technician diagnoses and performs major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs, while providing exceptional customer service to residents. The role requires working independently, handling an on-call maintenance schedule, and tolerating hot and cold weather extremes.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
