About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, Maryland. The technician helps keep the apartment community running smoothly, maintains apartments and shared spaces, prepares vacant homes for move-in, and provides friendly, professional service to residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with participation in on-call shifts and snow removal.

Requirements

At least two years of maintenance experience and/or training.
High school diploma or GED.

Trade school or industry training.

Responsibilities

Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
Prepare vacant homes for move-in.
Maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
Assist with snow removal and share on-call shifts.
Provide residents with friendly, professional service.
