About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, Maryland. The role helps keep the apartment community running smoothly by completing repairs, preparing vacant homes for move-in, maintaining shared spaces, and providing friendly, professional service to residents. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and includes snow removal and shared on-call shifts. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, paid biweekly. Additional compensation may include monthly renewal bonuses, work order completion bonuses, a $140 weekly on-call bonus, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in the first paycheck. Health benefits begin on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Requirements

At least two years of maintenance experience and/or training.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
