About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Arrowhead Ridge Apartments, a 180-unit Tax Credit property in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The position pays a competitive hourly wage, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The technician diagnoses and performs major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service to residents. Maintenance staff must be available for an on-call schedule. Maintenance tool kits are provided at participating properties; terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Tolerance for extremes of hot and cold weather.
• A background check and drug screen are required prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.
• Be available for the on-call maintenance schedule.
