About The Position
Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day preventive maintenance, maintenance requests, unit turnovers, and general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. The role requires teamwork and strong customer service skills. The position includes participation in an on-call and weekend rotation. Requirements
- Experienced apartment maintenance technician.

Responsibilities
- Complete a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
- Maintain building interiors and exteriors.
- Perform grounds upkeep.
- Install and troubleshoot appliances.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance.
- Participate in an on-call and weekend rotation.
